The quality of the food is good. Ambience different than at canteens. Loudness unfortunately very high.

Gern visited catering in the Galeria Kaufhof. Above average good offer of food and drinks at reasonable prices. Lots of space for many guests and everything is very clean. The ambience is unfortunately not up-to-date anymore and above all the noise. Presumably, the planner has never heard of an acoustic ceiling. I think the employees who do their job there all day are completely exhausted by the noise in the evening.

Great food selection ... fresh and delicious. Whether breakfast or lunch ... it tastes good! The staff is very nice. Toilets always clean.

The food is great, seasoned and tastes delicious! You can tell, that everything is fresh and the drinks are well chilled. If you buy a dish, you can get a drink for 1 € with the bon currently. The cutlery is clean. The staff is super friendly and the cooks understand something of their trade. There is a separate smoking room that is ventilated and plenty of room for all ages. The tables are cleaned regularly. For players, there is also a slot machine in the smoking room, which must be unlocked as in every arcade.

I'm not here for the first time, but today was unlucky. I have a roast pork with dumplings and sauerkraut. The roast pork was dry and not really hot. The answer are all the same. Unfortunately I had a good appetite
